The Gerczak Nord-Pol Hatchery is a family company with passion and rich traditions. We are dynamically developing our brand in cooperation with global partners in the industry. With a reputation established over the years, we are a valued leader in the production of the highest quality turkey chicks in Poland and abroad.

Its owners are Danuta and Anatol Gerczak, one of the best professionals in the industry with more than forty years of experience.  In 1998, in Laseczno near Iława (Warmińsko – Mazurskie voivodeship), we built a modern hatchery from scratch. This is where the company’s seat has been situated ever since. In 2005 our establishment underwent thorough modernisation to comply with restrictive European Union standards. In 2020-2022, another completely new hatchery was built here, which is considered to be the most modern facility of this type in Europe.

Our production is based on advanced Petersime technology, which enables the implementation of global solutions in the production of healthy and high-standard breeding material.
